Welcome to Apple Valley Pups, located in
Western North Carolina. We offer poodle and
yorkie puppies and follow a strict breeding
program. Our breeding pairs are chosen from
long healthy lines, the majority of our puppies
are registered with AKC and we register some
with CKC. Our stud dogs have been DNA
tested and we are always here to comfort and
assist our females during whelping.
We specialize in the white and black party
poodles. Additionally, we offer dark red,
chocolate, black, apricot and several phantom
colors. Coat quality and temperament are very
important to us. Poodles do not shed and are
highly intelligent. They are very loving but
sometimes it is difficult for them to realize that
their person might be as smart as they are.
They were bred to fetch the birds from the
water for the hunters; this is how they got their
name -- puddle -- poodle.

new champion bred back grounds. We breed
AKC and CKC registered pups, we refuse to
line breed or in breed. Our pups are bred for
a nice silky coat and temperament is
everything. We call them GODS FURRY
ANGELS. You will never be able to have one
yorkie, they are addictive.
Yorkies came from Yorkshire, England.
There they were bred to hunt rats in the
mills; therefore they are very inquisitive.
They are the companion dog! Their favorite
song is “I’AM NOT ME WHEN I’AM NOT
WITH YOU.” They dote on their person but
also expect to be doted on. They will not take
the back seat. Yorkies love to play but lap
time is their favorite.
Most of our babies are 6 lbs or under at full
